Join entrepreneurs  Sarah Pace, owner of Rabbit Mafia and Beth Clark of Sweet Magnolia for an evening of mouth watering raw treats at Petsi Pies in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday October 14th at 8 PM.The tasing will include: chocolate mousse, fruit pudding, macaroons and an introduction to Beth's Energy Clusters  (All dairy free and contain no animal products, some desserts do contain nuts)

This month Rabbit Mafia ventures up to Cambridge MA to visit our friends at Petsi Pies. We bring you a variety of Raw Desserts: Chocolate Mousse, Fruit Pudding, and Macaroons. We're heading north to support our friend Beth Clark as she begins her adventure in developing her healthy snacks business by featuring her latest "Energy Clusters". We're excited to help Beth get started. We'd like to say thank you to Petsi Pies for hosting the event and for providing us with complimentary coffee. For more about Beth, read on. 

About Beth Clark
Beth Clark has newly launched her small, local business, Sweet Magnolia, by offering her tasty, fulfilling Energy Clusters at Petsi Pie's on Putnam Ave. in Cambridge, MA. Beth has been quietly working with her creations for the past year, but has only been offering it to a small number of people.  Beth has had a close relationship with the natural, wholesome world of food.  She became vegetarian when she was 18, and she would have to drive 30 miles out of her way to buy Tofu from Bread & Circus (now Whole Foods) on Waterman Ave in Providence.  Since having two children, she became even more passionate about offering her son and daughter the best food she could find.  Hopefully with the success of her culinary creations, Beth will soon offer her treats to the larger market.    Please join us for a sweet tasting the natural way.
