The New Deal: Thursday October 22 @ Bridget
Bridget Tasting Room @ 20 Broadway Brooklyn, NY 11211
Unlike Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal, the only thing complex about this supper club are the flavors of Rabbit Mafia and Sweet Potato's dishes. Enjoy a 3-course dinner at BRIDGET located on the edge of the East River.
For the October installment of The New Deal, we've decided to let the weather dictate our direction with a mix of raw and cooked foods. This month we head into the garden patch, much like Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny to bring you sweet potatoes, cauliflower, cabbages and apples direct from New York farms and orchards. Once again, we look to our neighboring entrepreneurs Sea2Table based in Brooklyn NY and Bridge Vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island.
The New Deal is growing but we'll always stick to our values and in doing so, we'll continue to bring you delicious, fresh food from sustainable sources while supporting new businesses, artists and entrepreneurs. In September, we began a new aspect of The New Deal by inviting organizations to sponsor a dinner. This month, we have invited Benjamin Wymer - Director, Development & Special Events of LIFEbeat. More information about LIFEBeat will be available at The New Deal.
